Fairfax County, VA – Surveillance video of a Fairfax County Sheriff’s deputy shooting and killing a man with a weapon on the campus of INOVA Fairfax Hospital in August was released Tuesday by authorities. The Sheriff’s Deputy involved in the shooting was cleared of criminal charges this past Friday.
