The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying five persons of interest in reference to a Robbery-Force & Violence incident which occurred in the 1400 block of Irving Street, NW, on Monday, October 31, 2016 at approximately 10:56 PM. The subjects were captured by a nearby surveillance camera.
