Is it real? Black guy that was just pulled over by a cop pulls out a gun, cop flees

This video has been circulating around the internet the past 24 hours. It shows a black man, recording himself during a traffic stop. He steps out of his car as the officer tells him to remain inside and then pulls out a gun, aims it at the cop and commands him to get out of the vehicle. The officer then runs away.

This is not a confirmed video, it may not be real, but even if it’s a hoax, the question of why a uniformed officer with what appears to be an official police vehicle would create such a fake video.
