According to Alamogordo PD, they were called to the home in the 200 block of Stanford Ave. after the attempted home invasion. The surveillance camera video from the home’s front porch shows a woman approaching the door to speak with the person inside.
As the person inside the home opens the door, a dog runs out and runs toward a shadow that is seen approaching the porch. Shortly thereafter, three men who all are brandishing guns attempt to force their way inside the house but the person inside the home was able to close the door before they could get inside.
The suspects are then seen running south from the home.
