Workers at the Habibi Deli in the Bronx are considering themselves lucky after a gun-toting suspect allegedly tried to kill them — but the gun jammed.
The whole incident began shortly before 9 p.m. on Thursday, at the East Gun Hill Road Deli.
That is where police say 22-year-old Timothy Bohler walked in and tried to buy an Arizona ice tea on credit. When the clerk said no, Bohler became irate and tried to steal the clerk’s money.
