Terence Crutcher, who was shot and killed by a Tulsa police officer, had PCP and TCP in his system at the time of his death, according to his autopsy results.
The autopsy was released on Tuesday afternoon.
Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby faces first-degree manslaughter charges in Crutcher’s death. Police say she came up on Crutcher’s broken down vehicle in Tulsa on Sept. 16.
Dashcam and helicopter video shows Crutcher walking away from Shelby and other officers with his hands raised. He was shot and killed next to his vehicle.
Hard to say whether the presence of those drugs in his system can clear the officer.
